Mark Rich’s has been slicing up the Las Vegas scene for over 15 years — long before sourdough crusts and TikTok pizza tours. What started on W. Tropical Parkway around 2008 grew into a Summerlin staple by 2012, holding it down on Charleston Blvd. ever since.

Built on East Coast tradition and thick-crust confidence, the shop earned its stripes with no-frills Sicilian pies, classic calzones, hearty pasta, and sandwiches that actually fill you up. Locals love it not just for the food — but for that unapologetically “Back East” energy baked into every corner booth.
